At SEVEN SQUARE we value your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

The original hangtag must still be attached to the item.​

Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be refunded, or only partially refunded.

Return Procedure
​
Register your return by emailing sales@sevensquare.nl, including your order number and the track & trace code of the shipment.
​
Send your return using PostNL, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 2 – 7 business days to the account used for the original payment.

Important
Always keep your proof of shipment and track & trace code until your return has been fully processed.
SEVEN SQUARE cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels without proof of shipment.
